    RESCUE Plumbing Services will attend to any type of plumbing repair – small or large.
    Plumbing repairs covers a vast spectrum in the plumbing industry so whether it’s a leaking tap washer or a toilet seat replacement, burst water pipes or a new geyser, a new basin or maybe a faulty shower rose or pressure control valve, our plumbers are trained to deal with the plumbing repair that they are faced with.

    All jobs are assessed beforehand and wherever possible a quotation is given.
    Our fleet of fully equipped service vans are stocked at all times with the common everyday plumbing fittings, valves and pipes that may be required for general plumbing repairs. This enables us to get the job done quickly and efficiently, saving time and money. Should we, however, need a very specific fitting or piece of material that is not on our vehicle, we have numerous plumbing suppliers all over Gauteng where we can obtain stock.
    In instances where a plumbing repair is out of the ordinary, more involved or larger than the usual repair, we can send out, if available a senior manager to assess and manage the job with the plumber and his assistants.
    For your convenience we are open 24/7, so should you wish to be home when our plumber is there or you would prefer to book in a call for a Saturday or a Sunday because it is more convenient, this is possible. Please just pre-book as these days can get very busy.

    On the date of scheduled service - geyser replacement - I received a call from the office to let me know the technician was on the way. The technicians arrived shortly after and introduced themselves before getting right to work. Derrick G took some measurements, and let me know that the existing geyser was shorter than the replacement they brought. He took the time to explain how that would alter the installation, and to call the supplier to see if they had a shorter tank in stock. He found that they did have a model that was the same height as our current geyser, and let me know the differences between the two models before going to pick up the other geyser, which he quickly installed at the price quoted for the other model. Fast, efficient, and happy to answer all my questions.
